TERMS

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please allow an additional 20 minutes for pre-boarding safety briefing (mandatory).

Please bring photo ID, sunglasses, cameras (cellular phones may be used as cameras only).  Wear  the same comfortable clothing that you would choose as a passenger in a motor vehicle. The R44 has heat and air conditioning.

PASSENGERS & PAYLOAD

Max. combined passenger / cargo weight is 500 lbs.  Max. weight per seat is 300 lbs)

PAYMENT

Full payment due at time of booking (7 days prior to flight is recommended but not less than 72 hours to assure availability).

FLIGHT TIMES

All flight times include "running time."
Sunset & Sunrise restrictions apply - flights may begin 30 minutes prior to sunrise and must terminate 30 minutes past sunset.

 

ROUTING & RATES

  • All flights depart from and arrive to Edmonton International Airport - Airside Flight Services 3759 - 60 Avenue East,Edmonton Int'l Airport Alberta T9E 0V4.  Request for alternate departure and arrival destinations  - contact us for details 780-890-7788

  • Regular charter rate = $1260/hr (includes GST)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

FULL refund if cancelled due to weather restrictions, unscheduled maintenance, pilot availability or other conditions beyond the control of the carrier that may affect flight safety.

50% refund if written cancellation received min. 48 hours prior to departure date and time.

NO refund if written cancellation received LEES THAN 48 hours prior to departure date and time.

NO refund if cancelled due to assessment of the “Pilot In Command” that passenger(s) are unsuitable for flight. (Examples: confrontational, intoxicated, beyond the maximum 300 lb per seat restriction.)

NO refunds for late arrivals or “no-shows”.

Option to reschedule cancelled flights is at the discretion of the carrier.

IMPORTANT

Pilot In Command is the FINAL authority on weather, landing site, passenger, and cargo related issues. At his/her discretion, in the interest of safety, he/she may assess conditions as unsuitable for flight. Weather related concerns will be communicated in advance as required.
