*Pilot In Command is the FINAL authority on weather, landing site, passenger, and cargo related issues. At his/her discretion, in the interest of safety, he/she may assess conditions as unsuitable for flight. Weather related concerns will be communicated in advance as required.

CORPORATE RATES:
$900.00 +GST=$945.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour flight time)
$800.00 +GST=$840.00 per hour (ferrie flt no passengers or cargo)

PAYMENT
Full payment due at time of booking (7 days prior to flight is recommended but not less than 72 hours to assure availability).
Reservations held ONLY when payment received.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS FULL refund if cancelled due to weather restrictions, unscheduled maintenance, pilot availability or other conditions beyond the control of the carrier that may affect flight safety.
50% refund if written cancellation received min. 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
NO refund if written cancellation received LEES THAN 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
NO refund if cancelled due to assessment of the “Pilot In Command” that passenger(s) are unsuitable for flight. (Examples: confrontational, intoxicated, beyond the maximum 300 lb per seat restriction.)
NO refunds for late arrivals or “no-shows”.
Option to reschedule cancelled flights is at the discretion of the carrier.

ABOUT
Edmonton Regional Helicopters is an Alberta, Canada based helicopter provider. The main base of operations is located in Edmonton at the International Airport (CYEG), with offices at Executive Flight Centre Terminal 1.
The company specializes in helicopter services and charter operations throughout the central Alberta region, including west to the Rocky Mountains.
All of our pilots are experienced with conditions unique to Western Canada and local Aerodromes. The required training includes: Mountain Flying, Crew Resource Management, Pilot Decision Making, Low Visibility Operations, Hover Deplaning, and First Aid. Annual Recurrent training that includes written and oral examinations, and a Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC) flight as required for commercial operators.
